As a recent History Graduate of the University of Derby, England, age 38, I believe this is a great example of good qualitative research. The interviewer knew how and when to ask questions, which demonstrates his professionalism, in a way which allowed the 'subject', Lois, to convey a comprehensive narrative. I'm listening to this on my mobile phone; it took only 6 mins to download at peak time, the volume level and sound quality is excellent, background hiss does not interfere. I'm impressed!
